The old round brick arches were taken out and the openings changed to a modern, straight square design – new rendered pillars, then the whole front painted for a fresh, up-to-date look.

How we did it
A tired, faded cottage completely transformed: the whole house repainted inside and out – a crisp black-and-white exterior with feature diamonds and trims – and the floors redone for a clean, fresh finish.

Holes in the shower tiles were hiding a bigger problem: rotten timber framing behind the wall. We rebuilt the bathroom wall from the frame up – replaced the damaged timber, re-sheeted both sides, sealed and retiled the shower, refitted the shower fixtures, and finished the bedroom wall on the other side with a smooth, freshly painted surface.

A large hole in the garage ceiling patched, set and painted to disappear, plus a room stripped back to the blockwork and re-sheeted with new plasterboard, set and painted.

Prime Guard is a locally owned family business run by brothers Geof and Michael Williams. When you book us, one of the owners does your job – no call centres, no franchise, no strangers.

Geof and Michael have been in the building industry since 2003, working on homes and properties right across Queensland. That's more than 20 years of knowing how a job should be done – and doing it properly.
